Father Mark McDonald MSC visits Region of Peru |
 LIMA, Peru - From
January 8 untill January 11, all the members of the
Region of Peru held the Annual Conference at the MSC Seminary in Lima.
After the reports a common project was presented for the next three
years 2008 - 2010. On Friday January 11,
during the morning session they selected a delegate of the Peru Region
for the Provincial Chapter in North Germany that will take
place at the end of March, 2008. Fr. Paulino Rodríguez, Rector of the Seminary was
chosen to be the delegate. From January 14
until January 18, the Superior General. Mark McDonald MSC
guided Annual Retreat to the community. The talks he gave were very
much appreciated. After the retreat he visited the Acarí
community (550 km to the South of Lima) and Trujillo (550 km to the
north of Lima), and also the parishes and missions in Lima. He left for

Fr. Jules wanted to found a missionary Society that would have as its purpose to bring God’s compassionate and merciful love to human beings as the remedy for the evils that afflicted society.
